Request Water Damage Help

Tell us what happened and your request will be passed along so an independent provider or partner can follow up. If water is still coming in, calling is usually faster.

For example: where the water came from, which rooms are affected, and whether it's stopped.

Please don't include sensitive information such as insurance policy numbers. Submitting this form does not create a contract with anyone.

Details that help a provider respond

You don't need to know the technical terms. A short, plain description is enough, but these details make it easier for a provider to understand what you are dealing with:

  • The source. A supply line, water heater, appliance, roof leak, storm runoff, or a sewer or drain backup.
  • Whether it has stopped. If water is still coming in, shut off the fixture valve or main shutoff if you can do it safely.
  • What is wet. Rooms, flooring type, drywall, ceilings, cabinets, and roughly how much area is affected.
  • When it started. Damage that has been wet for more than a day or two may need a different approach.

While you wait, see how to stop water damage from getting worse. If the water came from a sewer line or floodwater, keep people and pets out of the area and read the sewage backup guide before touching anything.
